Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston-Peabody

After a 3 hours’ drive from Central Vermont to Boston’s Chinatown for lobster dinner, Chinese style, we checked in at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston-Peabody for the night’s rest. Comparing this hotel to the previous 2 nights in Montreal, though they are in the same chain, the Montreal one was better. Nonetheless, I am not saying this is bad, just that it becomes average when being compared to a better one hehe. Take a look at my pictures….

The hotel room and amenities are pretty standard of US hotels, nothing to complain or wow about. They also have indoor pool like the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Montreal Airport, which we didn’t explore. The only thing I must highlight is that even after turning on all the lights in the room, it was still dim. This was something we didn’t really fancy. Other than that, it was a pretty comfortable stay for us. A plus point for this hotel was there is a 7-11 convenience store about 5-10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, compared to the other hotels we stayed in where we couldn’t find anything nearby (except Sheraton). However, you must be “daring” enough to brave the highway traffic to get to the 7-11 and back to the hotel! Besides there was no lights along the highway except the headlights of vehicles. Thank god we came back safely in 1 piece! 😛

Last but not least, I shall post the last picture of the hotel here – its external view before we checked out the next morning for our Boston city tour. 😉
